John Hawker and Melanie Johnson, Proprietors
Melanie and John have a strong love of wine from living in California. They traveled extensively throughout the various wine regions in California – Santa Barbara, Paso Robles, Lodi, The Central Coast, Sonoma, Napa, Russian River Valley, Anderson Valley, Alexander Valley, and Mendocino County. From all of this, they dreamt of establishing a small boutique winery after retiring.
In 2019, John retired and they started searching for a place to launch their winery. While searching for place to live, Melanie fell in love with the Treasure Valley, especially the Eagle area. And so, John and Melanie settled down in Eagle and began their new life as growers and winemakers.
