We will be pouring our wines from 12:00PM to 4:00PM at the Ste. Chapelle Winery on Sunday, May 25th.
Basic Wine Tasting Class

We will be hosting Cindy Jones of Geeky Wine Stuff to walk you through the basics of tasting wine. Discover a systematic and purposeful approach to tasting wine. First, by learning how to FEEL and DECODE levels of sweetness, acidity, tannin, and body. Then apply what you learned as we taste through a flight of six delicious wines! Come and see how easy it really is.
